In 2009, The Santa Clarita City Council needed a clear and elegant bilingual website for the their upcoming 2010 election. Using sound and clear design principles, I Planned, designed and implemented the graphic art and website using proper "WC3" Web Standard compliant HTML, SEO, CSS and jQuery.
